Pumpkin Queensland Blue seeds

Mixed Queensland Blue pumpkin seeds and Jap pumpkin seeds 

This is a mixed collection of Queensland blue and Jap pumpkin seeds. There is a possibility of getting all Queensland blue seeds or all Jap pumpkin seeds or a mixed group of Queensland blue and Jap.

Pack contains 20 new season (late 2024) seeds.

These beautiful and sweet pumpkins perfect for baking, make an amazing addition to your home garden.  Queensland Blue are medium to large in size pumpkins with blueish grey skin and weighs between 6 and 10 pounds. The rind is firm and thick with deep ridges. The flesh inside the Queensland pumpkin is bright orange.

Jap pumpkins grow to the same size as Queensland blue but outside appearance is different. It has yellow markings on dark green skin.

When planting, look for a space that receives full sun and has well-draining soil to allow your pumpkins to thrive all season long. Add plenty of organic fertilizer or compost into your garden bed before planting. For the best results plant three to 4 seeds in each mound with slight spacing to allow room for seedlings to sprout.

All the pumpkins shown are grown in our home garden using home made compost and cow manure. No pesticides used in any stage of growing.
