Selection from a cross with Beauty King and a blue tomato. Great production. Medium Large fruit, Meaty beefsteak with lovely dark blue Anthocyanin shoulders. Great hang on the vine ability, sunburn and crack resistant. Very good flavour. 2013 Wild Boar Farm Variety. Blue Beauty is high in the cancer fighting agent, Lycopene. This is enhanced by moderate cooking although this variety has such amazing colours it is best used as a slicing or salad tomato.
