Originally from Texas and rare to find in Australia, you will receive 10 Orangeglo watermelon seeds  to grow your own sweet, crisp, fruity orange fleshed watermelon weighing around 4-5kg.The skin is quite thin and I have been known to eat the whole slice skin and all! Homegrown watermelon is miles ahead in freshness, crispiness and juiciness.

They can be grown in the ground, wicking bed or in a large pot or tub like the one pictured, which was setup as a wicking tub.

They are heavy feeders so start with plenty of composted manure.

Seeds are typically pale with two black dots near the pointed end.

Melons are mature when the tendril closest to the fruit stem has browned off, like the one shown.
Last germinated August this year (2023) with 100% germination rate as shown.
