Coriander 2g – 150-200 seeds

This is a slow to bolt variety and best suited for people who want fresh leaves, growing to about 50cm.
An annual plant with bright green leaves that are used fresh in salads or cooked in soups, sauces and chutneys.
The dried seeds are used whole or ground as flavouring in both sweet and savory dishes. Also known as “Cilantro”. Attracts bees.
Sowing time is Spring or Autumn here in Melbourne – best germination between 18-21 degrees C, takes 7-10 days.
Part or full sun position, sow direct 6mm deep. Harvest in approx. 5-6 weeks after sowing.
