White Borage
Bushy plant with hairy ovate leaves and white, star-shaped flowers. a great companion to strawberries and excellent forage for bees and other beneficial insects. it can be used as a cover crop to suppress weeds. Flowers can be eaten and used in salads and as a garnish.
Details: This is tall annual growing to 90cm’s and is easiest to sow seeds directly into the garden – in a full sun or part shade location, but you can start them indoors if you want in punnets. Sow in Spring, Summer and Autumn.
