American Upland cress/Land cress seeds

This is a great micro green which is great in soups, salads and garnishes giving dishes a fresh peppery taste. Can also be used in the same way as spinach. Its also very high in Vit C, copper and iron.
Sowing time – Sp-Su in similar way to growing lettuce for baby greens.
