• Our seeds have been selected from plants that have proven to perform well in our hot, dry Mediterranean climate permaculture garden. Our garden has a westerly aspect and minimal afternoon shade, so we rely on collecting the seeds of the plants we grow that perform best in our harsh summers using minimal drip irrigation. Seeds have been collected and stored using industry standard seed collection and storage practices from organically grown, open pollinated varieties. These plants are local cultivars that we have grown and saved for multiple seasons.
