- We (April & Max) live on an acre in Beaufort, VIC (near Ballarat) and grow veg, fruit and flowers organically. We try to follow permaculture principles, regenerate the soil and don't ever use sprays. All seeds are open-pollinated, chemical free and packed by us, by hand!
