Fast growing perennial plant and a resilient survival food!

Young leaves can be used in stir fried / soup / or making the festive Hawaiian dish called Lau Lau.

My favourite parts are the spongy stems as they absorb so much flavour of whatever you season your dish with.

Peel the stems before cooking will give more pleasant texture.

These plants are being sold as 2x small plants per pack. Older leaves might get trimmed to avoid moisture lost. They will grow and multiply very quickly.
