The post says no rhizomes inter state. Do you class strawberry runners as rhizomes? (I am in Vic and wondering if I can order, thanks!)

Hi Simon, I’ve just had a quick look online and without going for a deep dive it seems like it’s probably not a good idea to post strawberry runners from NSW to VIC.
