Seeds can be sown directly in good, well-drained soil or in punnets and planted out once established.  Keep most but not wet until plants appear then water normally.  Thin to about 5cm apart.  Spring onions are easy to grow and ready to harvest about eight weeks after sowing but can be used before that.  Sow seeds weekly or fortnightly to provide continuous crop.  Allow some to go to seed for collection and perpetual planting.

Can be grown all year in warmer climates.  Best grown during warmer months in cool temperate climates.

Approximately 100 seeds per pack
