PROPAGATION NOTES

When: Sow year round – best germination is in November & April to June – January to March  is generally too hot

How: Give a light covering of about 1-2mm of fine potting mix or vermiculite

Will germinate in approximately 14-35 days

HABIT: Grows in heavy clay to sandy soils. Hardy, coping with frost and dry periods. Used in landscaping with other colourful hardy natives

DESCRIPTION: Large showy single bright yellow flower heads up to 5 cm wide.
