Brassica oleracea

Delicious raw or cooked, with a mild, sweet flavour—especially when picked young as baby leaves or microgreens. Soft, frilly green leaves with vibrant pink-purple veins bring colour to both your plate and your garden. A cold-hardy, fast-growing variety that’s as beautiful in a flower bed as it is in the veggie patch. Also known as Dinosaur Kale.

Sowing instructions:

Can be direct sown or in punnets between January and April in cool and temperate climates.

Seed should be sown 5mm deep and 5-20cm apart. Keep soil moist.
