Rattlesnake has speckled markings throughout and the pods are inclined to coil in a snake-like way, yielding a bumper harvest, This variety of bean is drought resistant and perfect for sandy soils. Rattlesnake bean pods are crisp and snappy and the seeds are meaty, holding their shape when cooked in soups and stews.
Details: Sow in Spring, water in well.  Depending on the bean variety, beans should be planted around10 cm apart and sown 25mm deep. Climbing beans grow vertically and can produce large volumes of beans in relatively little garden space. They can be ideal for sunny courtyards and smaller gardens. 20 Seeds
