Hi. I am aware that there are different varieties of pigeon Pea grown. I also notice you have a couple of options to buy. I am looking for a variety that has the largest peas, as close to those grown in Africa to dry and eat as a pulse. Can you please comment? Thanks

Hi Nicole, I don’t think I have the largest variety in stock as of now. However, both the large and the small varieties can be consumed as a pulse. There is a definitive process for drying and making them ready for consumption. I cook the fresh peas after shelling them.

The smaller ones are tastier for consuming after drying. Both the varieties are tasty though.
