Cucuzza is a rare vegetable. Cucuzza squash is also known as New Guinea bean. Easy to grow. Grow them on trellises, which will support the vine and fruits and make harvesting easier. Best grown in early spring and summer. Can be grown throughout the year in tropical areas.
It is a warm season vegetable. Grow in well-drained soil exposed to sunlight.
Great in soups, stews and stir fries.
