This magnificent beauty is called Dahlia Barbary Bonafide.

It flowers as a tight ball and flowers to a rich purple and as it ages it moves into a stunning hot pink.  This variety is often called Pompom due to the tight ball of flower.  The blooms will vary in use from 5 to 7 cm.  The maximum height is 1.2 meters in the ground or less in pots.  Your tuber will come to you with full instructions for sowing.  Their flower season is from Spring until

They make excellent long lasting vase displays.  The beauty with tubers is they are Perennial and will return each season with the exact flower each season.  They are planted in Spring.  They are a great long term investment in your garden.  It is recommended to stake them during their growth period.  I have enclosed a packet of taping for this.

Perfect for garden beds, borders, or cut flower arrangements, Dahlias will add a touch of elegance and vibrant colour to your garden with minimal effort. For best results select a sunny position and plant into a well drained fertile soil or a large pot or tub containing a premuim potting mix. Regular fertilising with a complete fertiliser and watering during dry periods will ensure a fabulous display throughout the season. I recommend staking taller plants to support them in maintaining an upwards growth.
