What month is the best for growing this in Sydney

Hi Anita
The best time is early August.You can grow them now to before really cold weather starts. In summer you also can grow but they go to flowers and seeds faster than cool weather. Summer and winter time l grow some in full sun and some under pergola (part shade and sun or a bit cover from really cold/frost) so l can eat from both spots. For me l have no problem if they go to bolt fast because l can use all parts of it for cooking including roots. Happy gardening 😀
