Calypso is a very slow bolting variety that is substantially slower to bolt than any other coriander available. During trials, it is consistently three weeks slower to bolt than Santos variety of coriander.
This variety is ideal for bunching and use as a garnish. allowed to flower makes beautiful cut flower or food for pollinators
