Common Sweet Woody Herbaceous Violet Purple seeds

This violet is a herbaceous perennial with purple flowers homegrown established naturalised plant seeds. A ground cover in shaded drier parts of the garden with little or no attention. Exact details for plant name unknown as its been in my garden from the beginning of time……I have always picked and eaten the flowers for their flavour and Vitamin content…Self seed so no specific growing instructions other than the normal….srm in punnets, lightly cover and keep moist not wet. Or direct casting in moist free draining organic soil.
