• Botanical name: Helianthus annuus
• Colour: Deep claret red with chocolate tones
• Flowering: Late season
• Position: Full sun
• Spacing: Approx. 80 cm apart
• Planting depth: About 3 cm (pointy end down)
• Sowing time: Spring to very early autumn
• Care: Keep well watered, especially in hot weather. Liquid fertiliser weekly once established.
