Calendula or Pot Marigold is a perennial plant in the Aster/Daisy family.
It is often grown as an annual.
The flowers are edible and can be dried. Do not consume though if you are allergic to marigold, ragweed, daisies, chrysanthemums, chamomile, echinacea and other plants in the Aster/Daisy family.
Sow seeds 50cm apart, 15mm deep.
Keep moist.
