Butternut Pumpkin seeds

(Cucurbita moschata)  Butternut squash plants are highly productive and produce fruits that have a remarkable sweet and almost nutty flavour. We love harvesting masses of fruits from our own trial ground and highly recommend roasting, baking and adding to soups, pies and risottos. Pairing butternut squash along with diced sweet potato makes a great base for a lot of vegetarian curries and casseroles.
