Balinese Corn Seeds are our favourite eating corn. Not only do you get 2 large cobs per plant but they also produce a number of small baby corns that are great in a stir fry. Corn is a nutritious summer vegetable, originating from the Americas that provide balanced levels of proteins and minerals. These open pollinated grains are not as sweet as hybrid varieties, but can deliver a unique taste and texture to any home-cooked meal. They are heavy feeders that require frequent soaking in dry conditions. Make sure to block plant to ensure good pollination.
