Aquilegia Yellow seeds

Yellow single aquilegia, commonly known as Granny’s Bonnet is a lovely addition to a border or grows happily in a pot.  It is an herbaceous perennial, but I find in my climate, it doesn’t disappear completely.  Easy care and low maintenance, quickly forms a lovely mound of blue green maidenhair shaped leaves sending beautiful stems of bobbing two toned yellow flowers in spring. I have found this variety flowers well into summer and beyond.  The plant photographed is grown from the seed offered.  My plant has reached a meter high by about 50cm wide.  Collect seed or will self seed readily.
