Sold as sprouted rhizomes. You get 1 clump of sprouted plants with rhizomes/roots attached to them. Sent with roots/rhizomes safely bundled together with some soil, bundled together in wet paper towel. These plants are very fragile and can get damaged in parcel post, but with their roots/rhizomes attached, they will grow shoots again when planted. One clump of sprouted rhizomes will produce several small plants if conditions are favorable.

Plant these sprouted clumps in well -drained soil where there is full sun or semi shade. Better to plant them in a pot first and then later transfer them to the ground. Be patient! Some rhizomes might take some time to develop shoots. Drought and frost tolerant. Once established minimum care is needed. Produce flowers throughout the year. Flower stems are about 20-40 cm long and great as cut flowers.

This is not the dwarf variety.
