The Blue Sunset is a cherry variety that has a stunning juicy, sweet, rich earthy overtone which are great in salads or snacking. They are slight green with a very dark blue shade all over, but as they ripen, they turn a beautiful red orange color, keeping some of the dark blue which is reminiscent of the sun setting.
