A fast growing, highly nutritious perennial that I recommend to any garden.

The plants might grow up to 1-2M tall. They love regular pruning to promote new shoots.

They should be fully cooked before consuming!

My personal favourite way to prepare these leaves is stripping the them off the stems, giving them a light rub between my palms so they get a more tender texture and can release more flavour and adding that to soup.

Given it’s the holiday season, there might be some slight delay on arrival but this is a very tough plant. It just needs some watering and up to a couple of weeks in its own pot to acclimate with the new environment. Then you can start transplanting as you’d like. Some diluted SeaSol solution is also great to aid the transplant shock! Cheers!
