Edible Chrysanthemum seeds

Known as Shungiku, Edible Chrysanthemum, Garland Chrysanthemum AND Chop Suey Greens. their long spurred flower heads that sit so daintily above the blue green fan-shaped leaflets foliage. This is a salad green that can be grown in winter and again in spring. The flowers of Shungiku can be dried and stored to be used for tea. Often considered a substitute for Chamomile – with its soothing and stomach quieting properties. Great for Beneficial  Insect Attraction in the garden.
