Bok Choy 2g – 400-600 seeds

Bok Choy is a popular annual loose-leaf cabbage, with large green leaves and crunchy stems.

Bok Choy prefers fertile garden soil rich in organic matter but it will also handle a range of soil types providing there is adequate nutrients available.

These compact plants are suitable for pots or any small area you have spare in your garden.

Sowing time is Spring or Autumn here in Melbourne – best germination between 10-20 degrees C, – Avoid hottest and coldest times of year will not grow well in very hot weather as they tend to bolt.

Prefer sunny position, sow direct or in seedling tray 3mm deep, emerge 6-10days.
Harvest in approx. 6-8 weeks after sowing.
