I’m currently out of stock at the moment, but I have heard that people have had success growing rosella in Canberra during Summer :).

Can the green rosella seed be used for anything? Can it be dried and cold pressed?

Hi Abby, not sure what you mean about green seeds. Are you talking about immature seeds? If you are wanting to save seeds for growing, when harvesting the rosella calyx, just peel the rosella calyx away to use but leave the inside seed pos still attached to the bush. When the seed pod starts to dry and go brown it will start to split open. I then cut the pods off just before they open right up. Put them in a paper bag to dry properly then you can shake your seeds out to save. Any immature seeds I have get composted :). I hope this has helped.
